OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Vice President Sales & Client Success – North America, this position will be responsible for significant revenue across all Sportradar product verticals - Betting & Gaming, Media & Technology, Player & Team Performance. Operating as a player-coach, the Head of Sales will develop the sales team and drive the go to market strategy in North America.
THE CHALLENGE
Create and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
Oversee relationships with top clients in Sportradar's North American region
Develop existing client strategy in partnership with Client Success to maximize our share of wallet in existing and emerging markets
Be a hands-on leader who drives major opportunities and provides guidance to the sales team on effective account and relationship management
Analyze and report on business metrics to ensure growth and profitability
Work with cross-functionally within the sales organization, and other key stakeholders in marketing, communications, global commercial, and product
Partner with the sales operations and commercial excellence teams to drive sales effectiveness
Recruit, develop, and retain top talent while fostering a performance-driven culture
