CNP Technologies is looking for highly motivated and experienced Senior Account Executive . This role includes business development, partner development, and existing account management. Essential Job Functions

Formally Present CNP’s Value Proposition – Each sales representative is expected to be able to present to prospective customers and networking partners CNP’s standard company presentation and communicate our history, target market, and value proposition

Expand Customer Relationships – CNP offers a wide variety of products and services, and opportunities exist within each existing customer account to expand the number of these products and services sold to each customer

Marketing Events – CNP invests significant resources and dollars in marketing events. Each sales representative is responsible for knowing about upcoming marketing events and making sure that existing and prospective customers are invited and encouraged to attend

Vendor Events – Drive customer interest and attendance to events sponsored by vendors whose products and services are sold by CNP

Develop Product Knowledge – Every sales representative is expected to learn CNP’s Tier 1 product set to a degree sufficient to explain its value proposition to a prospective customer and then engage the appropriate technical sales resource(s)

Customer Relationship Management – Maintain active communication with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction with CNP services and to provide for early detection of issues

Sales to Delivery Transition – Responsible for ensuring that projects are smoothly transitioned from pre-sales to post-sales and implementation by participating in project hand-off meetings

CRM System – Utilize CRM system to maintain accurate forecasts, customer contact information, marketing lists, and opportunity tracking

Demonstrate Proficiency on CNP’s Internal Systems – CNP uses the products it sells and services. Each representative should be very familiar with CNP’s systems and be able to use firsthand examples of the value they bring to the organization
