We are looking for a full-time Account Manager to preferably work out of our Irving , TX Corporate Office.
Job Summary- Account Manager
The Account Manager will prospect new clients for national business opportunities while maintaining a business relationship with existing clients to encourage repeat business. They will be responsible for providing estimated budgets that support the client's vision while maintaining a profitability threshold of 45% for each event while working to reach the annual revenue performance goals established by INSPIRE.

Contact national sales lead sources to include, but not limited to: Convention and Visitors Bureau's calendar
Internet searches
Invoicing
Monitor in-market client lists to ensure information is kept up to date
Operate seamlessly with both Sales and Operations
Demonstrate evidence of organization and accountability in position
Uphold excellent customer sales and service skills under pressure
Articulate in communicating ideas, concepts, and directions clearly and concisely
Maintain grooming to company standards and to the standards of our clients
Maintain excellence in customer service, organization, and problem-solving
Establish credit accounts for events invoicing over $10,000
Work with Accounts Receivable on invoicing
Create Credit Memos when appropriate
Complete a Job Cost on all events invoicing over $5,000 pre-tax
Other duties or responsibilities as assigned
Minimum Requirements A College Degree is preferred but will consider equivalent work experience
Minimum of 3 years in a sales capacity in the AV, event, hotel, or related field
Skills and Specifications Experience in telemarketing sales a plus
Experience in strategic sales account management
Shows potential in creative and financial skills necessary for career advancement
