Sales/Business Development Professional
USPRO is seeking an experienced Sales/Business Development Professional to join its rapidly-growing sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for improving USPRO’s client relationships, increasing sales revenue with existing clients, and identifying business development opportunities across the country.
Location: Boston, Seaport, MA
Employment Type: Full-time on-site with benefits
Salary: $55,000 - $75,000 depending on experience + Uncapped Commission

Responsibilities :
Have a successful track record of business development and account management within the contract staffing industry
Ability to leverage previous experience to properly qualify client expectations and advise clients on staffing solutions
Coordinate daily activities with recruiters including candidate screening, orientation, and the placement of candidates within client organizations
Effectively communicate and collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful service delivery to hiring managers for all facets of talent development
Must excel in the following mission-critical business development functions: identifying new B2B prospects, qualifying new clients, interacting with potential end-users/decision makers, establishing communication channels and strong relationships with new and existing clients, performing rate and fee negotiations, and identifying cross-selling opportunities within all levels of client organizational structures
Ability to identify and qualify leads
Comfortable with cold-calling, scheduling appointments for client visits, and attending networking events when necessary
Driven to meet or exceed revenue and profit goals
Track, identify, and add qualified prospects to USPRO’s sales pipeline
Stay up to date with industry trends relating to USPRO’s many staffing verticals – e.g., finance, engineering, IT, and defense
Conduct market research and uncover industry trends by using recruitment marketing software
Qualifications :
3+ years of experience developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Experience with search engines, job platforms, recruitment marketing software, and social media platforms
Knowledge of applicant tracking systems, client relationship management systems, and digital sales pipelines/funnels
Strong analytical and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, highly competitive environment
Must be a goal-oriented team player with excellent presentation skills
Must be capable of building strong relationships with hiring managers
Candidate must be able to create, maintain, and reinforce business partnerships across all industry verticals
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Candidate must be able to both take direction and think independently
Proven track record of delivering results in a contract staffing environment
