RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform daily reconciliations of cash receipts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
Post and allocate customer payments accurately and efficiently.
Investigate and resolve discrepancies or issues related to accounts receivable.
Work closely with internal teams to address customer inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve efficiency in the accounts receivable function.
REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Proven experience in accounts receivable or similar roles in the fashion industry.
Strong understanding of accounting principles and procedures.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (experience with [specific software if applicable] is a plus).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Prior experience in cash reconciliations is highly desirable.
Knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
Able to work in office Monday - Friday in DTLA
