Demand Generation Manager US
As our Demand Generation Manager you will be the driving force behind crafting, initiating and executing on various end-to-end multi-channel activities and campaigns to drive increasing volume of high intent leads, deals creation, marketing pipeline and inbound ARR for our US market.
Experimentation is in your DNA, you are passionate about growth and all the different ways there are to create brand awareness and demand generation, using different marketing tactics.
Working closely with US Sales team to make sure high intent leads are taken care of, converted through the funnel to deals creation and ARR as well as follow up on performance and market insights. You will be part of a small, agile and efficient Demand Generation team consisting of specialists within Performance Marketing, Marketing Ops, Lifecycle Marketing, and Content creation.
Typical assignments include, but not limited to:
Execute on the global demand gen strategy, but tweak it as you see fit the US market to best create growth in your market
Together with the rest of the Demand Gen team plan, build and execute on different demand gen programs (e.g. paid advertising, events, ABM, content collabs, review sites, paid affiliates, communities/networks activities and other sources/channels) from strategy development to theme conceptualization, content procurement, copywriting, scheduling, logistics, and promotions.
We have a lot of content developed, you will find new creative ways to distribute existing or repurposed content to drive demand
Continuously running experiments and work with optimization, tracking, measuring and analysis
Work towards clearly set targets, budget and relevant KPIs for all channels and ensure each activity delivers on ROI.
Measure and report on the success of demand generation activities, using full funnel metrics from leads to pipeline to revenue as well as multi touch attribution insights
Staying up to date with our key Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs), leveraging their unique differentiation in positioning and messaging across campaigns.
You closely follow market trends within the demand gen domain, keep a close eye on competitors and is always one step ahead in terms of our own demand gen strategy, execution, and analysis
Close collaboration and building relationships with your own peers in the Marketing team as well as Sales, Product, RevOps, Customer Success and other stakeholders internally as externally
Requirements:
Proven track record within demand generation or similar growth/revenue generation methodologies
3-5years of experience with demand generation/growth/digital marketing or similar role (preferably within SaaS/B2B Tech)
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, adjusting strategies as needed.
Highly collaborative as you will partner with content, design, revenue operations, product marketing, lifecycle marketing on a daily basis.
Creative and analytical, data-driven and can test, implement and measure while coming up with new ideas on a regular basis.
Understanding of the B2B sales process
Self-motivated, team player with a growth mindset
Experience with HubSpot is a plus

Base salary
$90,000/yr - $120,000/yr
