About Buynomics:

“How will changes to my pricing, promotions, or packaging affect the sales of my products?” This is a crucial question for all consumer goods companies. Buynomics has developed Virtual Shopper technology, which answers this question using an AI-based set of SaaS tools. Today, most companies, even global enterprises, attempt to answer the question with gut feeling and Excel sheets. Our goal is to enable companies to make data-driven, transparent, and customer-centric commercial decisions. For that, we built an operating system for commercial decisions that provides companies with a single source of truth to answer all their market-facing questions including pricing, product offers, and promotions.

Buynomics is a startup/scaleup based in Cologne, Germany. Employees and Customers span four continents. The company offers unique large-scale simulation technology to predict consumer purchase behavior.

What you'll do:

Own sales deals from demo to closing, while continuously optimizing the sales process

Represent Buynomics in discussions with high-value clients by being the primary contact point for commercial requests

Create a deep understanding of the needs and challenges of our potential customers, leveraging deep industry knowledge and commercial mindset

Identify new key contacts at target industries/companies through research

Identify relevant themes and trends at target industries/companies through research

Coordinate with BDR team to develop and execute outbound plans to reach prospects through innovative, strategic approaches

Generate sales opportunities by expanding the prospect pipeline and optimizing industry-specific communications

Become an expert in our target industries and revenue growth management

Help build a best-in-class sales organization that revolutionizes revenue optimisation

What you'll need:

Experience with high-touch selling and complex SaaS sales to Enterprise clients

3-5 years of experience in a sales or business development-oriented position with a proven track record of closed deals

High drive to have an impact from “Day 1”

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Working proficiency in English

Radical ownership of target accounts and open opportunities

What we prefer:

Completed bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, or a related field of studies

Demonstrated experience in digital, KPI-driven sales

Hands-on mentality and ability to challenge the status quo continuously

Distinctive strategic and analytical skills with an affinity for problem-solving and new technological approaches

Experience in a fast-growing SaaS/Cloud/Technology environment

Experience selling to CPG or Telecom customers
