Overview of the Help Desk Coordinator:
Provide application support to employees by identifying problems, researching answers, and guiding them through corrective steps. When required, designing simple queries and applications to complete their request.
Provide technical support to employees by researching and answering questions, troubleshooting problems, and maintaining workspace performance
Configure hardware and software
Maintain working components through repair or replacement
Inventory Tracking
Create technical documentation and manuals
Preferred Qualifications for the Help Desk Coordinator
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related discipline OR equivalent experience OR technical training with at least 1-3 years of professional experience in an IT role.
Help Desk Experience preferred
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Experience with databases i.e., Microsoft SQL and Access preferred
Experience with Visual Basic Programming preferred
