About the Role

The Company is seeking a dynamic Head of Demand Generation to drive the company's growth and expansion. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning and delivering on new customer acquisition pipeline targets, leading a high-performing team, and scaling growth marketing efforts. This role demands a goal-oriented leader with a proven track record in building demand generation plans across various channels and market segments. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, adept at testing and implementing new campaigns, and will have a strong background in digital advertising, web marketing, and other key demand generation channels. A data-driven approach, coupled with a creative and agile mindset, is essential for this position. The Head of Demand Generation will work closely with the sales team to ensure marketing efforts effectively translate into opportunities, and must be experienced in marketing to product managers and developers.Applicants for the Head of Demand Generation position at the company should be equipped with at least 7 years' experience in a similar role within a SaaS, PaaS, or equivalent high-tech company. The role requires a leader who is not only attentive to detail but also committed to operational excellence, and who can inspire and drive a team towards the company's strategic objectives. Experience in a startup environment, particularly in a role where systems were built from the ground up, is highly valued. The candidate should be a strategic thinker, capable of leading from the front, and be prepared to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving market. A strong background in marketing to product managers and developers is preferred.
