What You'll Do

Haus has incredible product-market fit, and we’re growing quickly. We’re looking to further accelerate our growth by bringing on a world-class Head of Demand Generation to own the full-funnel demand generation strategy and execution and drive pipeline.

Our ideal candidate has a proven track record in driving demand in a mix of high-scale and startup environments, and brings together analytical skills, creativity, and a strong bias to action.

Responsibilities: Own the full-funnel demand generation strategy and execution to drive qualified leads and pipeline growth

Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns that span content / thought leadership, email, inbound and outbound sales activations, paid digital, events, and others

Identify and execute on initiatives that optimize for pipeline progression and conversion

Build a marketing measurement foundation to track leading indicators, prospect touch points, and KPIs throughout the funnel

Identify and implement marketing automation tools to scale and drive efficiencies of marketing activities

Collaborate cross-functionally with product & customer marketing, sales, and product teams to develop and execute growth

Qualifications 7+ years of work experience, and a proven track record of driving demand generation and pipeline growth at B2B SaaS companies selling to mid-market and enterprise customers

Expertise in developing and executing integrated digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels

Hands-on experience with marketing automation, CRM, and web analytics tools

About You You have strong analytical skills to uncover insights from data and inform marketing decisions

You take ownership of ambitious goals, and don’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves and get into the details

You run lightweight experiments for new ideas all the time, and move quickly to scale the things that work

You are technically proficient and get a sense of satisfaction when you’ve automated a task the team was previously doing manually

You have creative ideas on how to engage and nurture prospects

You’re an excellent communicator and cross-functional collaborator

$140,000 - $200,000 a year Salary ranges are determined by role and level, and within the range individual pay is determined by additional factors including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
