What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Develop strategic collaborative business plans and execute distribution, shelving, merchandising, and pricing initiatives
Provide business insights from syndicated data sources to drive business growth
Manage trade to drive sales within prescribed accrual
Build strong relationships with leadership and cross-functional teams
Collaborate with retail teams to drive in-store execution
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
7+ years managing multi-regional wholesalers, national, and regional accounts
Experience with AWG Headquarters, AWG Retail & Regional Accounts, and AWG Warehouses
Broker management experience
Proficient in trade funding management, promotional planning, and execution
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Reside in AWG Market in the Midwest, near a large metropolitan airport
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Ability to travel up to 50%
Experience managing direct reports
Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Power Point, and Excel
