About our BDRs

Our BDRs research prospective customers, create outreach strategies, and identify sales opportunities. Using curiosity and charisma, you will work with potential customers to determine how Rhythm can support their membership and programs.

Your #1 job is to successfully position how the Rhythm platform can help associations.

This position offers a base salary (paid twice monthly) and an uncapped commission (paid monthly). Rhythm employees who demonstrate high performance and commitment will have the opportunity for career advancement on the team.

In this role, you'll get to:

Qualify prospects to determine if they'd make a successful customer by deeply understanding our target market, personas, and offering

Leverage an array of prospecting and outreach methods including phone, email, video, and LinkedIn to effectively drive pipeline

Educate the market about the power of Rhythm by clearly communicating the value of the platform

Schedule meetings between qualified prospects and account executives (also known as sales reps), updating necessary information on calendars

Help the team (and yourself) become more efficient by collecting and maintaining relevant data in the CRM

Learn from team members and leaders along the way, setting yourself up for a successful career

We're looking for people who:

Have at least one year of sales experience OR customer-facing professional experience

Possess a self-starter mentality and want to make a direct, tangible impact on a growing product and company

Have strong intellectual curiosity and critical thinking skills

Have confidence and experience speaking to different audiences through written and verbal communication

Strive to empathize with others, seeing situations from perspectives other than their own

Want to help mission-driven organizations do good in their industries, professions, and communities
