About the Role
The Company is seeking a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead its dynamic, $20 million organization dedicated to promoting mental health, preventing mental disorders, and serving the homeless population. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing strategic leadership, establishing long-range goals, and working with the Board of Directors to ensure the organization's mission is met. This role demands a proven leader with a passion for improving the quality of life for those in need, particularly individuals with mental illness and the unhoused. The CEO will be the face of the organization, driving growth, and will be instrumental in enhancing the visibility of the organization's services and expanding community partnerships.Key responsibilities for the CEO include executive management of program delivery, resource development, external collaboration, and fostering a positive internal culture. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in visionary leadership, strategic planning, and a focus on diversity, equity, and inclusion. They should possess excellent business and financial acumen, with a minimum of 5-10 years of senior managerial experience. While not mandatory, clinical knowledge or experience in mental health and housing is advantageous. The CEO will be expected to build and lead a high-performance team, and to nurture a culture that is mission-driven and effective in addressing the needs of the community.
