Job Description
Da/Pro Rubber, Inc. a leading custom manufacturer of precision rubber & plastic parts, is seeking a Chief Financial Officer. The CFO will be responsible for managing the daily activities of the accounting department, including in-house payroll. The ideal candidate for this position will be a hands-on professional with broad accounting and finance experience.
We are looking for an individual who can operate independently in an environment that encourages individual initiative with the opportunity for ever-increasing responsibility.
Job Responsibilities :
Manages day-to-day accounting functions including in-house payroll.
Oversees the company 401k plan including audits.
Responsible for overall cash flow management.
Coordinates tax reporting and works with outside tax consultants to ensure compliance.
Supports Executive Leadership with financial reporting and planning.
Works with all levels of the organization on software system training and development.
Develops and maintains departmental policies and procedures.
Motivates and develops employees to meet departmental goals.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field is required.
Minimum seven (7) years of relevant experience managing corporate accounting functions.
Advanced proficiency with financial software systems.
Preferred Qualifications:
Five (5) plus years in a manufacturing environment.
