Position Overview:

We seek a dynamic and experienced Senior Account Executive to spearhead our expansion into the St, Louis, MO market. This pivotal role will involve managing and nurturing existing commercial accounts while also driving new business acquisitions in the vibrant tech hub of St. Louis. As the first point of contact for our future firm in Missouri, the successful candidate will leverage their IT staffing and consulting expertise to cultivate strategic partnerships, foster client relationships, and propel our growth trajectory. Candidates with a background in national accounts will be highly regarded for this exciting opportunity.

Responsibilities:

Drive annual organic growth targets and actively pursue new business acquisitions within assigned accounts, leveraging existing relationships and cultivating new ones in the St. Louis area.

Foster and maintain strong, collaborative relationships with Program Managers and Hiring Managers, serving as a trusted advisor on staffing solutions and IT talent acquisition strategies.

Exceed client expectations by consistently delivering high-quality talent and exceptional service, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.

Provide comprehensive coaching and support to candidates throughout the entire recruitment lifecycle, from initial preparation to post-placement follow-up, fostering positive candidate experiences.

Collaborate closely with the Recruiting team to align candidate profiles with client needs, driving headcount and consultant retention initiatives.

Maintain a proactive onsite presence with clients, overseeing consultant contributions and ensuring alignment with client objectives and expectations.

Generate and pursue sales leads, engaging in strategic cold-calling and networking activities to expand client base and drive revenue growth.

Develop and deliver compelling proposals tailored to client needs, effectively showcasing Take2's capabilities and value proposition.

Present top-tier candidates to clients, highlighting their qualifications and fit for specific roles, and providing ongoing guidance and support throughout the candidate matching process.

Collaborate with hiring managers to ensure accurate program and billing information, facilitating smooth contract negotiations and billing processes.

Proactively manage all consultants within the portfolio, monitoring utilization, providing regular status updates, and addressing performance issues to maintain high levels of client satisfaction and consultant engagement.

Education and Experience:

Bachelor s degree or equivalent professional experience (e.g., recruiting, sales, marketing, or customer service).

A minimum of 3-8 years of Sales experience in IT staffing or consulting services is required.

2+ years of experience working with large-scale, Fortune 500 account(s)

Qualifications:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, effectively conveying ideas and solutions.

Skilled in handling challenging client negotiations and finding mutually beneficial outcomes.

Strong organizational abilities and time management skills, adept at managing multiple tasks efficiently.

Demonstrates a drive for results and success, prioritizing tasks with urgency.

Proven ability to build and nurture relationships with clients and team members.

Commits to fostering a collaborative team environment while prioritizing client satisfaction.
