Role: Associate IT Program Director
Responsibilities:
Leading Project Strategy: You will develop and refine the project strategy, ensuring it aligns with the latest industry standards and cybersecurity best practices. Your goal is to create a robust and achievable plan.
Overseeing Task Delegation: Manage the allocation of tasks within the team, ensuring that each team member's responsibilities are clearly defined and matched with their expertise.
Criteria Definition: Establish clear success criteria, including quality benchmarks for assessments and desired outcomes, to guide the project effectively.
Quality Assurance: Implement a comprehensive process to ensure that all project activities meet or exceed established criteria, emphasizing security.
Results Communication: Effectively communicate project results and findings to stakeholders. Prepare detailed reports and presentations highlighting key vulnerabilities and recommending improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or a related field.
A minimum of 5 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a substantial portion of that experience in leadership roles overseeing complex security projects.
Strong strategic planning and project management skills, with certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent.
In-depth knowledge of cybersecurity frameworks, standards, and best practices.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
