+ Develop project plans, including scope, timeline, and budget, and ensure adherence to themthroughout the project lifecycle.

+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams to defineproject goals, resource requirements, and deliverables.

**What you will do** **:**

+ Bachelor’s degree inComputerScience,InformationTechnology,or related field.

+ Project Management Professional (PMP)certification

+ 5 or moreyears’ experiencewithLeanAgileFrameworks andSAFeAgile

+ Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously.

+ Proven experienceas an IT Project Manager, leading and successfully deliveringprojects on time and within budget.

+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels.

+ Working knowledge of software such as Jira, Smartsheet, and MS Office Tools

+ Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

+ Ability to independentlyproblem solveand reach resolutions to issuesand the ability to remain calm under pressure.

**Geographic Responsibility:**  While this role is based out of our office in Burlington, MA, you may live anywhere in the U.S.
