Work tickets on help desk board and as assigned
Refer tickets to NOC team and/or other Clarity team members, based on established protocols
Assist with in office configuration of equipment, to include:
Access points
Switches
PCs
Printers
Install desktop packages (MS Office, QuickBooks, etc)
Microsoft 365 administration
AD administration
Server administration
Basic Azure and Windows Virtual Desktop administration
Assist with network configurations
Review vendor documents and webinars
Assist with recurring client technical reviews and assessments
Assist with recurring team-based Lunch & Learn knowledge sharing

Candidate characteristics and experiences
Effective communications with Claritys clients to understand issues and explain remedies
IT aptitude
Curiosity and willingness to learn processes and technology
Attitude that puts customer as priority and recognition that we are stewards of their technology investments
Ability to stick with the problem and explore alternatives
Ability to collaborate with team members to address client issues
Future focused work approach with professional integrity
Able to work remotely
Effective in determining limitations and when to pass tickets to Claritys NOC or contact vendor
Practical experiences with Windows operating systems
Microsoft or CompTIA certification preferred, not required
Practical experiences with listed technologies

Established based on candidates experience

DISC Profile
Understanding how staff interact with clients and other Clarity staff is critical to ensuring the client has a great experience with Clarity Technology Solutions. A candidate will be asked to complete a DISC profile to help in the interview and assessment process.
