About the Role

The Company is seeking a VP of Client Sales to lead the Western region's Client Sales team. This role is pivotal in driving the company's top-line revenue goals and involves managing a team of RVPs and RSDs who engage with existing employer clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for the commercial strategy, building and leading the commercial organization, and will be a key voice of the market to the company's leadership. Essential duties include managing the sales process, building strategic relationships at the C-Suite level, and creating a compelling vision for clients. The VP of Client Sales will also be involved in setting and monitoring key performance metrics, accurately forecasting business, and working to increase market share through client expansion and upselling.Applicants for the VP of Client Sales position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, with a Master's degree preferred. A proven track record in sales leadership, particularly with large employers, providers, and healthcare payers, is essential. The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of progressive sales leadership experience, including 3 years in sales management, and a background in a business-to-business environment, preferably in healthcare services. Experience in a regulated medical products environment, as well as in selling new products and establishing go-to-market strategies, is highly valued. The role requires excellent communication, critical thinking, and analytical skills, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with senior leaders and recruit and retain top talent.
