Vice President of Regional Merchandising

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
-Lead the regional merchandising function in the Americas marketplace to unlock the potential of the brand portfolio and meet & exceed future growth objectives
-Drive the global product strategy across brands into the marketplace, while delivering marketplace consumer insight and opportunities back to global product & design leadership to inform future product creation priorities
-Elevate a team rooted in both art & science, leveraging an analytics team and a group of brand x category merchants to drive growth and marketplace execution aligned to brand and marketplace strategy
-Collaborate with cross-functional partners including Brand, Design, Innovation & Development leaders to shape product strategy informed by Marketplace; Collaborate with Commercial and Planning leaders to shape the marketplace informed by Brand & Product
-Develop the regional range plans for all marketplace owned brands, with focus on driving strategic product adoption, SKU productivity and efficiency and creating capacity for growth in new categories
-Maintain the marketplace GTM cadence within the end-to-end global calendar with focus on guiding the integrated commercial offense (GTM process), delivering sales tools & delivering marketplace impact through segmentation, allocation and elevated assortments
-Leverage opportunities to shape distributor and license brand managers (LATAM, licensed brands) and markets to drive consistency and inform growth opportunities
KEY CAPABILITIES:
-15+ Yrs of experience in global and regional merchandising; Direct a plus
$200,000 - $250,000 a year
