About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President of Operations for its ambulatory surgery centers in Southern California. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall management of multiple facilities, including operations, finance, and partnerships. This role involves a strong focus on strategic planning, with an emphasis on growth in case volume and EBITDA, as well as the recruitment and retention of surgeons. The RVP will also work closely with development teams to identify and execute opportunities for market expansion and ensure a high culture of safety, leadership, and low employee turnover. Partnership management, leadership development, and full deployment of the company's safety and leadership initiatives are key aspects of the position.Applicants should preferably have a Master's degree in business or healthcare administration, or equivalent experience, and a minimum of five years experience in healthcare business development, operations, finance, and consulting. The role requires demonstrated success in developing growth strategies, strong people management skills, and excellent communication abilities. The candidate must be adept at working with healthcare partners at all levels and possess the ability to effectively articulate financial results. A strong mathematical aptitude for financial management and the ability to travel up to 75% are also essential. The position demands a leader who can engage in HR training, financial and reimbursement training, and who is committed to industry awareness and the development of leadership talent within the organization.
