Responsibilities:
Manage sales teams and maintain sales operations by business planning to include setting budgets, making annual goals, and managing team performance
Maintain a thorough knowledge of customer needs by reviewing customer activity, training teams, staying ahead of trends, and improving customer satisfaction
Monitor the market and competitor products and activities, maintain a strong talent pipeline and provide consistent, in-location leadership
Qualifications
7+ years of experience in a funeral and cemetery sales role, with 3+ years’ experience in regional or multi-location leadership
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
In depth knowledge of professional selling strategies and methods, as well as employee motivational techniques
Excellent leadership, communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
Great strategic planning, organizational, and creative thinking skills
