About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales for its Hospitality segment, responsible for leading a team of 55 and developing strategic sales growth plans. The role involves managing market share, driving annual revenue sales, and fostering strong business relationships to maximize sales opportunities. The ideal candidate will be an engaging and competitive sales leader with a deep understanding of the hospitality industry and a proven track record in sales growth leadership. They should be adept at leveraging Salesforce.com, supporting Sandler sales methodology, and managing customer satisfaction issues. Additionally, the VP Sales will collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure effective messaging and promotions, and maintain an acute awareness of competitive threats.Candidates for this position should have a college degree and experience in managing sales teams, preferably with a background in door hardware or access control. The company prefers a bilingual candidate with proficiency in English and Spanish or French, and experience with the Sandler sales methodology. A strong digital worker who is comfortable with CRM and BI tools, and has a deep understanding of the hotel technology stack, is also required. The VP Sales will be expected to be an expert in Salesforce.com, drive adoption, and have a strong understanding of the role IT plays in the sales process.
