The Company is seeking a Vice President of Sales to drive sales in the enterprise and corporate segments. This pivotal role involves exceeding revenue targets, aligning with global strategy, and making a significant impact on the company's growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a go-to-market strategy, engaging in high-stakes deals, and leading a high-performing team to success. Sales management, leadership, and hands-on responsibilities are key, including driving pipeline growth, developing cutting-edge sales strategies, and maintaining accurate sales forecasts. The role also requires building and empowering a winning team, nurturing C-suite relationships, and ensuring the team delivers world-class results.Candidates for the Vice President of Sales position should have a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred), at least 5 years of experience in enterprise software sales, and a strong background in the enterprise B2B SaaS industry, with a preference for those experienced in selling workflow automation solutions. The role demands a hands-on approach, with the VP expected to engage directly in sales strategies, mentor direct reports, and deliver exceptional sales presentations.
