Pikemann is looking for a Client Success Strategist who can help our existing clients achieve their goals and grow their businesses with our services and training. The Client Success Strategist is a key member of our Client Services Team, who interacts with clients and provides them with high-quality support and guidance.

Collaborating with our Client Service Representatives, HCM Specialists and our clients to understand their needs and challenges.

Conducting monthly internal training, mentoring and onboarding for the Client Service Team.

Developing and delivering monthly client training topics via webinar.

Creating a positive and lasting service experience for both our internal and external clients by resolving Tier 2 client issues.

To be a successful Client Success Strategist, you need:

A strong knowledge of payroll rules and practices, wages & hour laws and payroll tax regulations.

Experience in UKG Ready is essential

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $57,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
