The Company is seeking a VP Specialty Sales for the Technology Solutions market. This role is pivotal in driving the strategic sales strategy for software, technical services, and support services, with a focus on delivering top and bottom-line objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a sales specialist team, ensuring alignment with business drivers, and fostering a culture of holistic, solution-based selling. Key responsibilities include translating regional sales strategy into a business strategy, developing and retaining a high-performing sales team, and influencing the necessary transformation within the sales organization. Experience in a similar role within a related environment, particularly with OEM structures, strategic partnerships, and integration solutions, is essential.
