Our client is an AI-driven, end-to-end Contract Lifecycle Management platform that helps organizations create, manage and analyze contracts seamlessly. Some of the world’s most innovative companies such as AirBnb, Notion, Chargebee, TuneIn, and Strava use SpotDraft to manage the backbone of their businesses - contracts.
The Director of Sales will play a critical role in helping the company build and scale its go-to-market capabilities. Your primary responsibilities will be to close SaaS subscription revenue with new-logo and existing mid-market and large enterprise customers, to build a team of Account Executives (AEs) and to equip them for success.

About You
You are a passionate evangelist for enterprise software products that solve a real problem for customers
You love building success from the ground up
You’re comfortable working with a founding team and eager to help them to scale their early customer success
You’ve sold enterprise SaaS software applications before, preferably to a line-of-business function
You excel at presenting, communicating and writing
You have a sense of urgency to fix issues right away, address problems, finish what you started
You’re proven at building relationships, partnering with clients to build confidence and trust
You’re creative and think on your feet
You have at least 5 years of experience successfully selling software to cybersecurity professionals in mid-market and enterprise organizations
You’ve managed a team of AE’s in at least one prior role
In this role, you will:
Generate pipeline, manage opportunities to closure and exceed revenue goals both individually and with your team of AEs
Land deals with new customers in the target market
Recruit, manage and mentor new and existing AEs
Collaborate with and support AEs on deal negotiations, customer relationship building and prioritizing internal resources
Define sales targets, plan and prioritize resourcing accordingly
Engage with security leaders in our target market, do in-depth discovery, articulate our capabilities and set the stage for long-term customer relationships
Speak confidently about the vision to a broad range of audiences
Manage pipeline activities both individually and for your team of AEs
Develop and manage quotes and proposals, contracts and price negotiations
Drive expansion opportunities within our existing customer base
Gather and collaboratively share competitive market intelligence
