Sales Director
Charlotte, NC, United States
Job DescriptionJob Description
Sales Director
Our client is looking for experienced sales professionals with a thriving book of business to join their rapidly growing team who are disrupting the global logistics vertical.
If you're not tied to a non-compete, the ability to offer global access to potential leads can significantly expand your book of business and overall revenue.
2+ years of logistics sales experience with the legal ability (no non-competes) to bring existing business onboard.
Sales professionals can choose to work as a W2 employee with an annual base salary, monthly, and quarterly bonuses in a tiered arrangement or as 1099 Independent Contractors, which is doubly lucrative (your recruiter can forward you a detailed compensation chart). This is a work hard/play hard culture that rewards self-starters who can thrive as Individual Contributors with very minimal management and ZERO micromanagement.
Ideally, candidates would be local to North American HQ in Charlotte, NC, but remote workers who have a proven track record of sales success in a remote environment will receive equal consideration.
