Vice President, Growth Marketing-Americas

About the Role: We are seeking an experienced and results-oriented Vice President of Growth Marketing, Americas to oversee our marketing efforts and manage the BDR team across the Americas region with a focus on driving pipeline to hit growth targets. The VP of Growth Marketing, Americas will be instrumental in crafting and implementing innovative marketing strategies while also leading the BDR team to foster new business opportunities, enhance customer engagement, and contribute to revenue growth in harmony with company objectives. This key leadership role demands an individual with a strategic mindset, a track record of nurturing high-performing teams, championing marketing innovation, driving impactful outcomes, and overseeing the marketing and sales development pipeline.

In this role, you will…

Develop and execute comprehensive marketing and business development strategies to drive pipeline with net new logos and cultivate customer expansion across the Americas region.

Lead, mentor, and manage a diverse team of marketing professionals and Business Development Representatives, providing them with direction, support, and tools needed for their success and career progression.

Foster a synergistic relationship between the marketing and BDR teams, ensuring alignment in go-to-market strategies, demand generation, and sales enablement activities.

Collaborate closely with sales, product management, and regional leadership to ensure marketing and business development activities are well-aligned with business goals and market needs.

Oversee the creation of integrated marketing campaigns that are synchronized with business development efforts to effectively target and convert prospects.

Drive innovation and testing in marketing and sales development approaches, utilizing data and insights to perfect campaign outcomes and boost ROI.

Set KPIs and metrics for the marketing and BDR teams to assess the success of initiatives and provide regular analysis and reports to senior management.

Collaborate closely with other functional leaders including other regional marketing leaders, digital marketing, corporate marketing, portfolio marketing and marketing operations to drive unified motions throughout the business

Manage marketing and business development budgets, resources, and vendor relationships to ensure judicious use of resources and cost-effective execution of programs.

Act as the brand emissary at industry functions, conferences, and trade shows, promoting the company's values and vision to the broader market.

You have what it takes if you have…

15+ years of extensive experience in marketing roles, with at least 8 years in a leadership role managing regional or global marketing and business development teams.

10+ years of experience in Enterprise B2B SaaS Marketing

Demonstrated success in executing marketing programs and campaigns that have driven revenue growth and expanded market share.

Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to convert market insights into effective marketing and business development strategies and plans.

Excellent leadership and team management abilities, adept at inspiring, energizing, and developing high-performing marketing and BDR teams.

Proven capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to fulfill shared objectives.

Global or multi-national company experience, understanding cultural variances and market dynamics across the Americas.

Exceptional communication skills, proficient in conveying complex concepts and influencing stakeholders at various organizational levels.

Expertise in marketing and sales technology tools, including CRM, marketing automation, analytics, and social media platforms.

Solid business insight with a focus on driving results and excellent return on investment.
