Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee all administrativefunctions, including reception, mailroom, and office supplies management.

Supervise administrative staff, providingguidance, training, and support as needed.

Develop and implement office policies andprocedures to ensure efficient workflow and adherence to company standards.

Coordinate office events, meetings, andappointments, including scheduling, logistics, and follow-up.

Serve as a point of contact for internaland external stakeholders, handling inquiries, requests, and escalations withprofessionalism and efficiency.

Maintain office equipment and facilities,coordinating repairs and maintenance as necessary.

Oversee record-keeping and filingsystems, ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance with company policies.

Assist with special projects andinitiatives as assigned by senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree is required.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in asupervisory role as an Office Manager.

3-5 years of experience in administrativework or related field.

Strong leadership skills with the abilityto motivate and manage a team effectively.

Excellent organizational and timemanagement abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite andother relevant software applications.

Strong communication and interpersonalskills.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasksin a fast-paced environment.
