About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Sales to lead a dynamic sales team and drive significant revenue growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and developing a high-performing sales team, managing the sales pipeline, client relationships, and overall sales strategy. This role requires the VP of Sales to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives, and to act as a manager and builder with a strong focus on team development and performance management.Applicants for the VP of Sales position at the company should have a minimum of 8 years' of sales experience, with a strong emphasis on team management. While not mandatory, prior experience in the engineering or construction industry is a plus. A background in engineering, with a transition to sales, would be advantageous.
