About the Role

The Company is seeking a Region Vice President of Sales to lead a team of Business Development Managers in the Northeast. The successful candidate will be responsible for the entire sales process in the region, including setting and monitoring team goals, managing performance, and providing training and development. This role requires a strong attention to detail, a proven track record in employee development, and experience in B2B sales. The Vice President of Sales will also be involved in relationship building, deal closing, and collaborating with leadership to create growth strategies.
