Business Development Representative

Nuage is looking for a high-energy go-getter wanting to break into tech sales as a Business Development Representative (BDR)! This entry-level role is critical to our Sales Team's success and overall organizational success by generating leads and managing leads through our sales pipeline.
The BDR would join Nuage's Sales Team, headquartered out of our Manhattan Beach office, and join a team of dedicated individuals all working towards the same goal - selling the most robust ERP solution on the market, NetSuite. Working closely with fellow BDRs, Account Executives, and C-level Sales Executives, Nuage's BDR position is a stepping stone into a Saas Sales Career.
Your Responsibilities:
Sourcing & qualifying quality leads for the Account Executives
Interacting by phone and email with key personnel up to, and including the C-Suite
Acquiring & maintaining a working knowledge of Oracle NetSuite solutions to become a trusted advisor to prospects
Uncovering & qualifying prospective customer needs, understanding business processes, identifying projects, determining requirements, and ascertaining potential solutions
Demonstrating initiative, creativity & collaboration through ad-hoc projects for various departments
Preferred Qualifications:
BA/BS degree
0-1 year of related work experience, post-graduation
Desire to work in sales and the tech industry
Coach-able, self-motivated, curious, resilient, with a get the job done attitude
Professional, efficient communication (verbal, written, and presentation) and interpersonal skills (positive and personable).
This is a hybrid role with a minimum of 3 days in the Manhattan Beach office a week. COVID-19 vaccination is required.
Salary:
$50,000 base + commissions
OTE: $68,800
