RESPONSIBILITIES
• Develop, update and implement Human Resources Handbook, policies, and procedures.
• Support strategic business objectives.
• Lead talent acquisition, labor planning, hiring process and negotiation of employment
agreements.
• Serve as a Liaison between the outsourced HR providers ensuring proper payroll
processing, and benefits administration.
• Deliver effective strategic HR initiatives to drive employee performance and engagement.
• Administer HR programs with third party vendors (payroll, 401K and employee benefit
plans)
• Maintain compliance with federal, state and local employment and benefits
laws/regulations including 401K / ERISA and EEO regulations.
• Partner with CEO/CFO and other key leaders to develop a formal annual performance
management that aligns employee targets and compensation with strategic and operative
objectives.
• Implement effective sales commission programs in close cooperation with sales
management.
• Manage global incentive plans and understand Executive Compensation plans to ensure
calculation and processing.
• Manage annual merit planning process.
• Maintain company organizational charts and the employee directory.
• Recommend new approaches, policies and procedures to continually improve department
efficiency.
• Maintain HR information system records and compile reports using our HR and payroll
service.
• Work closely with hiring managers to ensure strong talent sourcing strategies are in place
for efficient and effective talent sourcing through our Applicant Tracking System.
• Work closely with key leaders to develop frameworks to identify and monitor high potential
employees in collaboration with the HR Business Partner.
SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS
• Minimum of six years’ experience in HR Management
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources management, or equivalent job/industry experience
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written in order to interact
knowledgeably with and impact both internal and external parties
• Ability to speak Spanish fluently.
• In-depth knowledge of Federal, State and local labor regulations and HR practices
• Demonstrate high levels of passion, curiosity and commitment and adhere to HFG’s core

effectively

• Budget management experience
• Manufacturing experience
• SHRM, SHPR or PHR certification preferred
• Previous experience working in a Private Equity preferred
• M&A experience preferred
