You will be field-based, embedded within the distributor community to fulfill the RBNA mission to be the best distribution network in North America.

As the Distributor Partner Manager (DPM), you are an indispensable value-added partner to drive execution across Red Bull North America’s (RBNA) Distribution Network. Reporting to the Director of Distribution, you will bring value through year-round business planning, driving in market execution, and ensuring implementation of regional and national Key Accounts Programs while bringing our marketing mix to life within the distributor network. You will be field-based, embedded within the distributor community to fulfill the RBNA mission to be the best distribution network in North America.

RESPONSIBILITIES Areas that play to your strengths All the responsibilities we'll trust you with:

Lead the annual Business Planning (BP) process with the Distributor Partner(s) (DP) to align with our BP priorities

Manage annual volume plan and allocate independent trade funds and Point of Sale (POS) resources

Conduct planning reviews to meet quantitative targets and performance indicators

Participate in DP sales meetings, and conduct weekly market visits to assess in-store conditions and action plan against opportunities

Full accountability for DP performance, inclusive of volume and in store execution. (i.e. independence excellence, winning vs. competition, volume achievement)

Analyze market and distributor performance data to produce insights (i.e. IRI Data, MPR dashboards, consumer insights) that support tactics in market

Develop DP network through implementation of our distributor selling model (power platform, PIITCHER, Skill Pills)

Manage all Point of Sale (POS) orders to ensure delivery of assets in store

Maintain volume, pricing and promotional information in Customer Profitability Management (CPM) system for assigned DPs

Use tactical budget around programs and incentives that maximize Return on investment

Manage Independent trade program (VIP) and work with local distributor managed Key Accounts (Tier II)

Prioritize and implement regional and national Key Account (KA) programs by securing additional resources (trade funds, POS) to support local market opportunities

Ensure maximum focus on the volume growth and in store execution in the DPs top accounts

Communicate with Key Account Managers to ensure execution of KA priorities at regional and national chain levels

Bring our marketing mix to life by engaging the DP sales team and using all available assets (i.e. local and regional events)

Implement the rollout of our brand programs and tentpoles

Bring brand and key account solutions to solve issues at the market level

Ensure the DP executes our in-store brand standards and merchandising guidelines (i.e. planogram, POS, pricing)

5+ years of experience working within Consumer Packaged Goods industry

Experience within a Direct Store Delivery distribution environment

Experience coaching others to sell in the Off Premise channel

Experience using data to produce insights and bring them to action

Valid Driver’s License

Bachelor‘s Degree or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree

Must be fluent in English, additional language skills an advantage

Travel 30-40%
