About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Director of Marketing and Business Development to manage and promote its brand, with a focus on enhancing market share and brand awareness. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy, communications, sales, business development, and community relations activities. This role involves acting as a brand ambassador, leading the marketing and business development teams, and ensuring the delivery of effective campaigns to generate leads, increase brand awareness, and drive sales growth. The Senior Director will also be tasked with creating and managing budgets, optimizing marketing spends, and leading business development efforts to expand and retain businesses.Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' of experience in marketing, business development, or a related field, and hold a bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or an equivalent field. Experience with Microsoft Suites products, social media platforms, and design software like Canva is also required.
