About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President of Sales and Services for North America. The successful candidate will be instrumental in leading a high-performing sales, business development, and services organization that is in line with regional and global objectives. This pivotal role involves strategic development and execution of initiatives, providing comprehensive leadership to various groups, driving the sales process, and fostering collaboration with internal stakeholders. The Senior Vice President will also serve as a prominent representative of the company in external engagements and must have a proven track record in technology business solutions.Applicants must have a University degree, with an MBA preferred, and 15 - 20 years' of progressive experience in sales management and business development. A strong background in technology business solutions, including software, services, and hardware sales, is essential. The role requires experience in leading senior sales and business teams, proficiency in CRM administration (particularly Salesforce), and familiarity with corporate financial and HR systems. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional management and communication skills, with the ability to engage with diverse stakeholders at all levels, and demonstrate a strong leadership presence in various settings.
