General Summary of Position:

As a Leverage expertise in Granite business practices to facilitate the pre-sale decision process Responsible for coordinating efforts to ensure continuity throughout the engagement

Duties and Responsibilities:

Explanation and demonstration of Granite systems and process to Sales Point of contact in the absence of Sales

Facilitate quoting process - track progress

Interact with Granite teams outside of Channels to ensure fluidity toward a positive outcome With sales - schedule regular calls/follow up with clients

Utilize SFDC to monitor communications in support of sales Build solid commercial relationships with clients, agents, teams

Required Qualifications:

Bachelors degree

Intermediate knowledge of MicroSoft suite, SalesForce.com, CRM systems, Project Management

Preferred Qualifications:

Process Management

Ability to work under pressure Ability to manage and meet deadlines Problem solving skills
