Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Video Production, or a related field. (Preferable)
Certifications in YouTube marketing, digital marketing, or SEO are highly desirable.
Experience
Proven track record of growing YouTube channels, with specific examples of successful campaigns and channel growth metrics.
Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on video content creation and YouTube channel management.
Demonstrated expertise in YouTube SEO, including optimization of titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails.
Experience with YouTube analytics tools and data-driven decision-making.
Proficiency in video editing software and tools such as Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar.
Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms, trends, and best practices.
Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies.
