The end goal is to have our YouTube Channel serve as the foundation for our client acquisition and financial literacy efforts.

Mission:

Execute strategies to grow our YouTube channel, increasing subscribers and viewership.

Work with the content team to create engaging video content optimized for YouTube's algorithms.

Optimize video titles, descriptions, tags, and thumbnails to improve visibility and search rankings.

Monitor social media channels for industry trends, relevant news, and customer feedback.

Engage with the online community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews in a timely and professional manner.

Monitor and evaluate the performance of videos and campaigns, identifying areas for improvement and opportunities for optimization.

Stay updated on the latest YouTube trends, tools, and best practices to ensure our strategies remain competitive and effective.

Requirements

Experience

Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on video content creation and YouTube channel management.
