The Company is seeking a Director of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) to join their team. This strategic leadership role involves managing a team and overseeing the development and implementation of an industry-leading HR technology strategy. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a culture of innovation and collaboration, as well as ensuring the effective operation and evolution of the HR technology ecosystem. Key initiatives include Oracle Cloud implementation, ServiceNow platform expansion, and the exploration of AI for HR processes. The Director will also be tasked with leading large-scale projects, managing vendor relationships, and partnering with the data analytics team to enhance decision-making processes related to organizational health.Applicants for the Director of HRIS at the company should have a Bachelor’s degree and at least 7 years of progressive experience in HRIS or information systems management, with a strong preference for those with a Master’s degree. Leadership experience in a similar role within a large, complex organization, particularly with Oracle HCM, is essential. The role requires a candidate with excellent communication, negotiation, project management, and vendor management skills, who is also innovative, collaborative, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. While not mandatory, experience in a healthcare setting and a proven track record of success in a remote work environment are considered advantageous.
