About the Role
The Company is seeking a Regional Vice President for Enterprise Sales to lead a high-energy, results-driven team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving booking targets across the US, leading a team of 4 to 8 Enterprise Account Executives, and working with the sales leadership team to ensure overall quotas are met. This role requires a sales leader with a proven track record in software sales, a good understanding of the leading Defense contractor community, and experience in defining territories, assigning quotas, and determining target accounts for an inside sales team. The candidate should also have experience managing and coaching team members, working with resellers and channel partner teams, and be adept at mentoring and coaching team members to assist in their sales cycles.To be considered for this position, applicants must have at least 10 years' of direct sales experience, with a minimum of 5 years' in enterprise software sales as a sales team leader. Additionally, a minimum of 2 years' experience selling to or with DoD contractors focused on the U.S. Public Sector space is required. The role demands a candidate with a working knowledge of business process automation, excellent communication and presentation skills, and a history of qualifying client solution areas and orchestrating multi-departmental solution sales.
