Responsibilities Work collaboratively with Partners and Delivery Team to execute agreed upon Craft services as defined across various client engagements. This may include management and support of particular client projects, scheduling, and coordination of key client meetings, management of specific workstreams and deliverables.
Support Craft Partner(s) as it pertains to various business development, engagement, and operational activities and deliverables, including the creation of Statements of Work, Work Change Orders, Pipeline documentation, scheduling/coordination of key meetings and operational activities and deliverables, including the creation of Statements of Work, Work Change Orders, Pipeline documentation, scheduling/coordination of key meetings and working sessions with client contacts working sessions with client contacts.
Contribute to the creation and evolution of key internal operational processes and procedures such as creation, management, and categorization of SOWs/Work Change Orders/RFP documentation creation, management, and categorization of SOWs/Work Change Orders/RFP documentation.
Assist Craft Partners and Delivery team in the management and prioritization of internal resources within various projects.
Become proficient in all facets of managing Craft client engagements, including selling our services and capabilities, strategic planning, managing client relationships across all disciplines of delivery, revenue generation within existing client relationships, and project execution.
Participate in recruiting and interviewing of candidates.
Help define the Craft culture within and outside of the studio walls.
Qualifications Minimum 3+ years of experience in a similar role with minimum 3+ years of experience in project management, program management, or client relationship strategy.
Minimum 3+ years experience in User-Centered Design and Development, preferably in more than one role and organization.
Keen ability and desire to multi-task across multiple project initiatives.
Positive energy and get-it-done attitude.
Proven experience in leading UX design and development projects.
Highly desired experience with mobile, CMS, Portal, Analytics, and other platforms.
Experience in varied software development methodologies, including waterfall, AGILE, and Lean UX.
Ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
Ability to communicate and motivate with outstanding written and verbal communication.
