About the Role

The Company is in search of a Regional Vice President, Partner Sales with a specific focus on GSI (Global System Integrator) partnerships. This high-impact role involves the evaluation and implementation of GSI partnerships on a global scale, with a strong emphasis on building a robust ecosystem that delivers successful outcomes. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating net new business by leveraging existing partnerships and fostering new ones. They will work closely with the GSI partner community to develop services and practices that align with the company's value proposition. Additionally, the role requires the management of a team of Strategic Partner Account Directors and the ability to engage in executive-level discussions to drive the integration of GSI capabilities into the company's go-to-market strategy.Candidates for this position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, with an MBA being preferred. Experience in IT operations and/or IT security, particularly in a business development, sales, or partner role, is strongly favored. The role demands a proactive individual with strong leadership and management skills, capable of hands-on problem-solving and with a proven track record in sales. The ideal candidate will have a strategic mindset, the ability to work with senior executives, and a desire to own the full partner lifecycle. They should be adept at building and executing joint strategic partner business plans and be willing to travel globally as needed.
