Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales and revenue growth by identifying and securing new business opportunities within the smart buildings sector.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to ensure alignment and maximize sales efforts.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and contracts.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential threats and opportunities.
Achieve or exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in the smart buildings or related technology sector.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong understanding of smart buildings technologies and analytics platforms.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to travel as required.
