Summary
LABUR is seeking a skilled and motivated Senior Account Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 5-10 years of successful business development experience building a portfolio of clients at a professional services firm. This role is responsible for driving revenue growth through a multitude of activities including acquiring new clients and providing best-in-class client service.
Responsibilities
Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industries to target for business development efforts
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to meet and exceed sales targets
Identify and engage decision-makers at target companies to understand their business needs and position LABUR's services to address those needs
Develop and present proposals to potential clients, outlining the benefits of partnering with LABUR and addressing any concerns or objections
Negotiate contracts and close deals with new clients
Follow LABUR Sales processes and best practices including prospecting, qualifying, closing, etc.
Continuously build and maintain a network of contacts within the industry
Serve as an accountability partner re-enforcing personal, professional and organizational goals
Participate in networking events and industry conferences to establish relationships and generate leads
Liaise with the Managing Director of Recruiting & Sales
Qualifications
5-10 years of experience as a successful hunter from an agency recruiting or professional services firm
Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
Demonstrated ability to learn and understand internal applicant tracking system and recruiting tools
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with decision-makers at target companies
Strong networking, negotiation, and closing skills
Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Excellent work ethic, personal initiative, and positive attitude
High level of accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent time management and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
