**Job Title: HRIS Analyst**
**Location: Columbus, OH**
**Pay Range:$32/hr**
**What’s the Job?**
+ Provide technical and functional administrative expertise for HR systems, including design, development, testing, implementation, maintenance, reporting, and training.
+ Partner with internal and external stakeholders on HR system usage, functionality, data requirements, and process improvement design.
+ Troubleshoot and resolve HR system issues.
+ Support HR system design, development, testing, maintenance, reporting, and integration.
+ Develop ad hoc reports to support data requests from internal clients.
+ Define report logic and develop standard reporting to meet business requirements.
+ Ensure accurate data display in systems, recognize data problems or inconsistencies, and understand HR system data feeds and their integration with other business systems.
**What’s Needed?**
+ Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or Business Administration.
+ Two years of experience in a professional human resources capacity, or an equivalent combination of education and experience in a related field.
+ Experience with HR Systems, including HR Cloud systems such as SAP/SuccessFactors, ADP Enterprise, Workday, or similar Core HR/Payroll systems, Cornerstone on Demand or other Talent Management Systems, Applicant Tracking Systems, and report writing tools.
+ Proven experience in defining system solutions, automating work processes, and implementing cloud-based systems.
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Access.
+ Demonstrated ability to establish effective interpersonal relationships with various levels of management and staff, and work independently towards project deliverables.
