Pay : $70,000+ per year dependent on experience
Essential Duties
Oversee the implementation and planning of the company's marketing policies, programs, and campaigns; compiles and analyzes data to measure the effectiveness of such plans
Maintains current knowledge of online marketing opportunities and trends, web analytics, and SEO techniques.
Composes, develops, evaluates, and conducts training on marketing activities, strategies, and policies.
Collaborates, participates in, and coordinates promotional activities or trade shows.
Negotiates contracts for services needed to execute a marketing strategy.
Prepares effective advertising campaigns based on market research.
Consults with staff to understand goals and scope of the desired marketing program.
Analyzes existing website traffic and internet activity related to the company and products.
Develops innovative strategies to attract customers to the company's brand through various web-based marketing programs and search engine optimization (SEO) techniques.
Identifies appropriate social media platforms and other web-based tools to use in the promotion of each product or service.
Reports campaign results to management, addressing any questions or concerns.
Identifies and recommends improvements and modifications to existing programs and additional or new marketing strategies and opportunities.
Assists with development of the organizations website to ensure its efficiency and efficacy.
Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains marketing staff
Oversee the daily workflow of marketing department
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, English, journalism, or related field.
1+ years of management experience
Ability to implement marketing plans
Excellent interpersonal and managerial skills
Email marketing experience, including planning and executing mass email campaigns and tracking results to measure success.
Exceptional communication skills.
Proficiency with MS Office products (Word, Excel, PPT, Outlook)
Proficiency with popular social media platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Instagram and Pinterest.
Experience preparing and presenting analytical reports that quickly communicate operational status and progress toward goals.
Demonstrated project management experience in a collaborative environment.
Well versed in project management strategies and tools.
Experience creating and maintaining complex content calendars.
Analytical reporting experience across multi-platform campaigns and initiatives.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment, always bringing humor, tact, and professionalism.
Ability to meet deadlines, adapt to shifting company priorities and manage multiple projects.
Must pass drug and background screens.
Desired Qualifications
Proven experience expanding the local presence of an organization through community partnership and marketing networks.
Software proficiency in a variety of communications disciplines, including, but not limited to project management software, CRM systems, email marketing tools, and design and layout software.
