Central Ohio Primary Care is seeking a Manager, Marketing at our central business office in Westerville, OH. The Manager, Marketing will be responsible for creation and execution of effective marketing objectives, strategies, programs, and policies for all CBO sites, ancillaries, and corporate locations. This position will build strong strategic partnerships with executives, physicians, and staff to ensure alignment with COPC goals and objectives.
POSITION(S) SUPERVISED: Corporate Communications Specialist, Graphic Designer, Sr. Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Coordinator
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Identify and implement marketing strategies that meet overall organizational goals.
Assess strategic partnership opportunities for marketing initiatives.
Oversee the marketing department’s individual projects.
Oversee critical marketing functions to ensure the information and support for programs are effectively delivered.
Establishes data streams and analytical processes to track and identify changes in patients, competitors, and business climate and enable responsive marketing activities.
Manages vendor selection, relationships, and budgets.
Serve as a liaison between marketing department and executive team.
Manage relationships with the media and wider community.
Create a communication plan to be used across all marketing and Public Relations
Develop a critical action communication plan.
Evaluate effectiveness of existing marketing programs and the viability of new ones
Additional duties as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education, Licensures & Certifications
Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and/or Communications or other related field
Required: 3 years Marketing experience
Preferred: 5 years Marketing experience, 2 years Supervisory experience
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities
Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills; as well as interpersonal relationship building abilities
Strong time-management and organization skills
Superior organizational skills – ability to come up with processes and follow up
Ability to work independently and in a team environment; and able to lead by example
Ability to evaluate and analyze business needs to provide marketing solutions
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, manage time effectively and respond timely
Ability to demonstrate mindful service and educate others
Ability to demonstrate a high level of confidentiality
Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft programs
