At Ledger, we understand that fostering vibrant communities and providing valuable content are essential pillars of Web3 development. As a key player in our Brand Development team, you'll be at the forefront of shaping the crypto experience, engaging with communities, and championing content that drives accessibility and safety.

As the Head of Voice, you'll lead the charge in defining and executing our brand's voice strategy across various touch points, with a particular emphasis on social media platforms and content production. Your role will be instrumental in crafting compelling narratives, driving meaningful interactions, and ensuring consistency in our messaging across all channels.

We're looking for a seasoned professional with a proven track record in voice strategy development and implementation. Your deep understanding of social media dynamics, coupled with your passion for the crypto space, will empower you to integrate relevant content and engage with crypto communities effectively. Your leadership skills will be crucial in managing our team of community managers and studio managers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation and creativity.

Your mission

Develop and implement the brand's voice strategy across all touch points, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand values and objectives

Lead the social media strategy across platforms including Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, Instagram, etc., with a focus on driving engagement and brand awareness/growth

Manage a team of community managers and studio managers, providing leadership, guidance, and support, with a focus on scaling efforts to meet growing demand

Oversee the crafting of monthly content plans to support the brand's voice strategy, leveraging insights from social listening and analytics, with a specific focus on crypto-related content

Leverage knowledge and curiosity about the crypto space to integrate relevant content and engage with crypto communities across social media platforms

Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and integration of voice strategy across all brand initiatives, including product launches and marketing campaigns

Work closely with key senior leadership profiles, understanding their challenges and proactively developing solutions to address them, fostering a culture of creativity and collaboration

Design and implement processes for all content production streams, including video projects and podcasts, ensuring efficient workflows and high-quality output

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to voice strategy, social media, and the crypto space, incorporating relevant insights into our approach

Set OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and track KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) meticulously, providing monthly reports to senior leadership.

What we're looking for: 5+ years experience in developing and implementing voice strategies for brands, with a focus on social media platforms and a keen interest in the crypto space

Strong understanding of the social media landscape and emerging trends, particularly within the crypto community

Experience in content planning, social listening, and analytics, with the ability to derive actionable insights and adapt strategies accordingly

Expertise in social listening and analytics tools (e.g., Sprout Social, Hootsuite, Brandwatch)

Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing teams and driving results in a fast-paced environment, including scaling efforts to meet growing demand

Curiosity and passion for the crypto space, with a willingness to learn and engage with crypto communities across social media platforms

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels

Proactive mindset with a "can-do" spirit, able to anticipate challenges and take initiative to address them

Ability to work under pressure and navigate ambiguity with a calm and composed demeanor

Proficiency in setting OKRs and tracking KPIs, with a strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
