At All Inclusive Marketing (AIM), we set the standard of excellence in Performance (Affiliate) Marketing, in everything we do. We are known as being leaders in driving new customer acquisitions and profitable sales growth for our clients through strategic pay-per-performance based partnerships.

In a key, prospective-client-facing position, the Director of Sales will be responsible for sourcing and closing new business, conversing with Senior VP’s of Marketing and Executive level client contacts, and ensuring monthly sales targets are met. Reporting to the President, the Director of Sales will confidently and professionally represent AIM and the company’s values, foster new relationships, and play a key role in the continued and exponential growth of the company.

Core Accountabilities

Drive the strategic growth of Net New Business through enterprise and qualified SMB sales

Oversee inbound and outbound leads to ensure quality and alignment with strategic direction.

Develop a pipeline through outbound sales efforts

Nurture prospective client relationships until they close

Support the team with executive-level relationship management on the client side

Develop, strengthen, and support strategic partnerships (for purposes of gaining qualified leads and referrals)

Provide outstanding customer service and timely follow-ups, responses, and outreach to close net new business.

Proposal creation, presentation, and delivery, including but not limited to high-level account audits and budget forecasts as needed.

Create and provide projections to client prospects when required

Consistent communication between the growth and client services team, including supporting the onboarding of new clients

Assist with new client and strategic partner referral opportunities including but not limited to Plus Company Synergies and Strategic Partner Referrals

Required Skills And Experience

You MUST have…

At least 3 years of performance marketing OR network/platform experience

At least 5 years of successful sales expertise, having a solid track record of strong, consistent Q/Q and Y/Y growth

The ability to articulate how the affiliate channel fits into an organization's overall marketing mix and growth strategy

Exceptional communication and presentation skills, especially to executive positions at commercial and enterprise-level organizations

The ability to travel to visit clients and attend conferences, as necessary

Moving quickly and working well under pressure to meet deadlines
